“Space photographer captures ‘mind-blowing’ images of distant galaxies – from his MUM’S GARDEN. Named the creation of Cosmos, this was taken in the African wilderness. The photo shows two swirling nebula as they appear to fight for dominance. According to Jesionkiewicz the southern hemisphere has many more starry delights to display. Which is why he is planning on dismantling his garden observatory and possibly reinvesting the money into an observatory project in Chile.
In one amazing photo taken from his parent’s garden where he built his own observatory, the 45-year-old snapped Andromeda, our neighbouring galaxy located 2.5 million light years away, with such stunning clarity that cosmic gases can be seen.”
